Hi! I am a CS Ph.D. student working on Reinforcement Learning at the University of Toronto under the supervision of Igor Gilitschenski.
Currently, I am working on Robust Reinforcement Learning with applications in training self-driving cars to handle tough winter conditions. Before that, I worked as a software developer for 6 years.
I am interested in the ways AI systems can reach the human level of intelligence, as well as how to make these systems safer. Relevant topics include model-based, hierarchical, robust, and risk-sensitive reinforcement learning, as well as causality, inductive biases and interpretability.
